Viola player Lubomir Maly and master pianist Ladislav Jelinek collaborate for the first time in this 1997 concert, which features performances of Corrette's "Sonata in B major," Beethoven's "Notturno in D major," Brahms' "Sonata in E flat major op. 120," Paganini's "Sonate per la Grand Viola," and encores of Schubert's "Adagio," Saint-Saens' "Le Cygne," and Arutyunyan's "Exprompt."
